Some FAQs
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded and carry workers compensation. We do have a liability insurance, employee bonding, and property damage. Please notify us in 24 hours of the cleaning date If any damage/loss does occur.
Absolutely. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you contact us with your concerns within 24 hours of our cleaning we will return at our expense to correct any problems.
Yes. (1) Make sure there is power and that there is hot water running. (2) It is to your advantage to have stuffs organized as much as possible or out of the house allowing us to be able to get to all areas so that we can optimize your move-out cleaning. If we have to spend time picking items up and putting them in their place prior to cleaning you may be billed for the extra time needed to do so.

- All floors swept, vacuumed, mopped
- Garbage cans emptied, garbage taken out and cans sanitized (if applicable)
- Cobwebs removed
- Windows (interior) and sills cleaned
- Ceiling fans dusted and cleaned
- Ceiling lights cleaned and bugs removed
- Appliances, light fixtures, light switches and power points cleaned
- Baseboards cleaned
Bedroom (& Office
- Standard inclusions
- Wardrobe and drawers cleaned in and out
- Doors, baseboards and door tracks cleaned
- Mirrors cleaned
Bathroom (& Laundry)
- Standard inclusions
- Tiles cleaned
- Vanity cleaned in and out
- Sinks and taps cleaned and polished
- Shower head, shower door tracks, and shower screen cleaned and polished
- Cabinets emptied and cleaned
- Mirrors cleaned and polished
- Toilet paper holder cleaned and polished
- Toilet bowl cleaned and sanitized
- All metal frames polished and sanitized
- Bathtub and all drains cleaned
Kitchen
- Standard inclusions
- All cupboards/cabinets cleaned inside and outside
- Oven cleaned inside and outside (including oven trays)
- Stove top cleaned (dismantled where necessary)
Extras for Move-Out cleaning
If what you want any item not mentioned on our list included in the clean, then you may want to consider adding one or more of the following cleaning extras. Our cleaning extras are those optional services that do not fall under regular move-out cleans. If that item you have does not appear on the extras list, please include it in the “Anything you’d like us to know” field under tab 5.
